Sundance Film Festival Shortens Schedule

The Sundance Film Festival held annually in Park City, Utah have altered their schedule for the upcoming event in January 2021.

The organizers of the popular film fest have gained approval of the Park City council to change the previous 11 day schedule down to a new 7 day schedule. Other changes include reduced capacity at venues to promote social distancing and holding some showings at venues outside the city limits.

The new dates for the hybrid physical/virtual event is now set starting January 28 carrying through to February 3, 2021. This is an altercation from its previous dates of January 21 to January 31.

As Covid-19 rages on across the United States expect more updates to this and other film festivals and events to come.
