Filming for the highly anticipated ‘The Batman’ has been put on hold once again due to a member of the production testing positive for Covid-19. It is heavily speculated that the infected in question is none other than the star playing Batman, Robert Pattinson.
Whether it is Robert Pattinson or another member of the production safety protocols are being followed according to health standards set forth to combat this global pandemic. Isolation for two weeks will be adhered to meaning production may not start up again until later this month.
Filming on ‘The Batman’ was already stopped back in March when the pandemic caused most of the world to shut down. This caused the release date to be pushed back from summer of next year until October 2021.
‘The Batman’ was currently filming at Warner Bros. Studios, Leavesden in Hertfordshire. The same studio where the mega popular Harry Potter movies were filmed.
Matt Reeves is directing ‘The Batman’ with Robert Pattinson starring alongside Jeffrey Wright, Zoe Kravitz, Andy Serkis, Paul Dano and Colin Farrell.
